Philippe Lamarre, Eng, MSCE
CEO
Mr. Lamarre has extensive experience in strategic, financial, management and commercial consulting and in the development and management of projects and emerging Life Sciences and Technology companies. Previously, as a senior executive of the largest Canadian engineering-construction firm, he had profit and loss responsibilities for a group with more than 1,000 employees with annual revenues in excess of $160 million.
Dr. Richard Latt, DVM, DACLAM
President and co-founder
Dr. Latt has 40 years’ experience in laboratory animal medicine. Consultant to many research institutes, universities and industries involved in laboratory animal research, he is the former Director of the McGill University Animal Resources Center.
Dr. Michel L.Tremblay, Ph. D.
Vice-President, Scientific Affairs and co-founder
Dr. Tremblay is an expert in mouse genetics that trained at the National Institute of Health (Bethesda, USA). With over 140 publications and more than 100 in the field of Protein tyrosine phosphatases, he is recognized internationally for his work on this gene family. He has been the Director of the Goodman Cancer Research Centre since July 2000. Member of several scientific advisory boards of Provincial and Canadian funding agencies, he is honored as the Jeanne and Jean–Louis Lévesque Chair in Cancer Research. Dr. Tremblay was elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences of the Royal Society of Canada.
